How The Coaching Process Works
Like most things in life, results will depend on you and the effort you put in. But what I can promise is this: I will show up to every interaction with 100% commitment. Just as I expect of you. Here’s how we’ll work together:
Coaching Calls
Each week we’ll have a 60-minute coaching call on Zoom. We’ll reflect on your progress. Work through your most important challenges together. And identify the key actions for you to move the business forward.
On-hand Support
Life happens – and business can evolve quickly. So, you’ll have access to answers from me between coaching calls through our private Slack channel. I respond daily to help you keep progressing, and solve challenges as they come up.
Flexible Approach
This has to be the right fit for you. So you won’t be locked in to any long term contracts. It’s simply a month by month commitment. But, once we’re working together, I do expect you to fully commit to the process and give your all to the journey.
