How did you get into coaching?

It started naturally. For years, people in the video production industry asked for help. I would jump on a call, share what worked for me, and help them move forward. Eventually, I realised there were more people out there who could benefit from my experience. So I built the kind of coaching I would want for myself: no gimmicks, no compromises, no cookie-cutter advice. Just focused, personalised help that gets results.

Why should I trust you as a coach?

Because I have done the work you are trying to do. I have spent over two decades building a video production business that brings in consistent, high-quality work from great clients. I know how to attract the right clients, win projects without begging on price, deliver an amazing experience, and create long-term partnerships. Along the way, I have built a life of security and freedom for my family. I am not selling theory. I'm offering to show you what has actually worked for me and support you as you build it for yourself. And I have developed the skills to help you bring out the best in yourself.

Who is this coaching for?

No. Coaching is month-to-month. Stay as long as it is helping you move forward. Leave when you are ready for the next chapter. No contracts. No pressure. No resentment.

Do you offer a free strategy call?

No. I am upfront about how coaching works and what it costs. You will find everything you need to know right here, and on the Coaching page. If you still have questions, we can jump on a short Zoom call to answer them before you start. No sales games. No hidden agenda.

Do you offer a guarantee?

No.I cannot guarantee results because you are in charge of your own effort. What I can offer is a month-to-month commitment, so you are not locked in. You will see quickly whether we are making progress together.
I only want to work with people who are getting real value.

How does the coaching process work?
